Location Information
Tool-O may use suburb, postcode, formatted address or approximate location information to help users find nearby tools, calculate delivery availability, enforce delivery radius rules and improve marketplace search results.
Payment Information
Tool-O does not store full credit card numbers or card security codes. Payments and security deposit authorisations are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment information in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.
AI-Assisted Reviews and Dispute Resolution
Tool-O may use artificial intelligence tools to help review refundable deposit claims, evidence, photos, descriptions, booking timelines, user responses and other relevant information. AI outputs may include summaries, confidence scores, recommendations, evidence quality assessments and user-facing explanations.
Tool-O may store AI assessments, claim outcomes and review information to operate the platform, improve safety, improve dispute consistency, prevent fraud and improve future platform rules and prompts.
AI-assisted review is used to support Tool-O's internal platform processes. Tool-O may still refer matters for manual review where evidence is insufficient, unclear, conflicting or below the required confidence threshold.
